Want to listen to news but are crunched for time? Listen to a short, customized Flash Briefing of the day's top headlines from Newsmax. Easily edit and customize your Flash Briefing, just go to Settings and select Flash Briefing in the Alexa app.

Q. How do I set up my Alexa News Flash Briefing?

A. Open the Alexa app, tap More, then select Settings. Under Alexa Preferences, choose News. Then tap on Flash Briefing to build your playlist. To find and add Flash Briefings, tap on Add Content. Select on any item then tap Enable to Use to add it to your playlist. Tap the back button to return to your Flash Briefings. To change the order, tap Edit, then drag and drop to rearrange. To hear your playlist, just say, “Alexa, play my Flash Briefing.”
